appointment etiquette
To ensure every guest receives the highest level of care and attention, all appointments at The Beauty Society by Gina are reserved exclusively for the individual receiving the service. We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests, including children, friends, or family members, to your appointment. This policy helps maintain a calm, focused environment for both you and others in the salon. For the comfort and well-being of all guests and staff, The Beauty Society by Gina is a smoke-free and vape-free property. We also maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere and ask that all clients refrain from using profanity, inappropriate language, or engaging in harassing or disrespectful behavior. Any conduct that disrupts the peaceful salon environment may result in the appointment being ended. To preserve the elevated experience we provide, The Beauty Society by Gina reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior does not align with our salon standards. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a relaxing, respectful, and luxurious salon experience for everyone.
confirmations
We send out a text reminder for your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment date. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help me service my guests better by providing enough notice to avoid any fees.
late arrivals
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit my ability to offer the fullest possible experience. A late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you. We ask that you please call ahead of time.
cancellations
We take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We require 48 hours notice to notify me of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 48-hour notification is not given, you will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking at The Beauty Society By Gina. Your card will automatically be charged.
"no shows"
First Time No Show – you will be required to pay 100% of the services reserved in order to continue booking at The Beauty Society By Gina. Second Time No Show + Future – you will be charged 100% of the services reserved and will not be permitted to book again. Your card will automatically be charged.
gift cards
All gift cards purchased in store expire one year from purchase date.

We accept cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit/debit cards for payment. We DO NOT accept checks for payment.
